Built to Retro-fit

Key Features

With the Absolute Blade Wash, operators now have full control over wash-up cycles with the press of a button. The system runs automatically, allowing staff to focus on other tasks while safety features prevent spills when the press is disengaged. Blade Wash can be retro-fitted to any Absolute chamber or added to new systems with ease.

Safety Switch

The safety switch automatically shuts it off to prevent accidents. This ensures that pumping is disabled when the chamber is open, preventing ink spills and maintaining a clean workspace.

Ink Sensors

Ink sensors alert users when the ink bucket is empty, ensuring timely refills and preventing interruptions due to low ink levels.

Anilox-Roll Stop
and Start

The Anilox stop and start function that ensures the roll only operates when the chamber is closed to enhance safety and efficiency.

Guarding Sensor

Guarding sensors are placed at key points, such as around safety guards. If an operator removes a guard, the sensors will immediately shut down the system, ensuring safety and preventing any potential hazards.

Soap Dosing System

Blade Wash includes a soap dosing system that automatically adds soap to the water, ensuring effective cleaning of the anilox roll in the chamber.
