We understand that everyone is struggling with the on-going hurdles the Covid-19 situation may have caused. We would like to reassure you that Absolute is still open for business and the maintenance of our high-level service quality whilst protecting the health of our team remains our priority.
As a result, all the procedures essential for the protection of our community have been put into action, in accordance with the official health guidelines.
Our current planning contains the following:
Maintaining good communication links – It’s imperative to us that all of our customers are aware that our teams are fully operational with dedicated contact channels via phone, email and Microsoft Teams to allow them to continue aiding customers with any technical advise, questions or concerns they may have.
Spare parts – Our spare parts department also remain fully-functioning with supplies remaining consistent, resulting in operations being unaffected.
Health and safety are key – Manufacturing is still on-going and staffing reductions have allowed us to implement full social distancing arrangements across workspaces.
Off-site activities – In any requirement where an Absolute employee is needed to visit a customer’s site, risk assessments and health questionnaires will be completed and approved by both parties before arrival.
Provision for our staff to work remotely – We’re supporting remote working in departments where possible throughout the business including design, sales and administration. Our employees are well equipped with the tools to allow them to seamlessly connect with both our colleagues and customers.
Supply changes – To ensure our overall service quality isn’t hindered during this time, we are in constant close liaison with suppliers over any changes to the availability of products and materials there may be.
